# Ingredients

### Groceries

- 1 packet of pork (sidflask)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 dl wheat flour (mix in whole wheat as well)
- 5 eggs
- 8 dl milk
- browned butter
- salt (~3 pinches)
- sugar (small amount)

### Side Dish Suggestion

- Whipped cream and jam

# Directions

2. Set the oven to 225°C

### Mise en Place

#### Pancake

Ingredients:

- 4 dl wheat flour (some whole wheat)
- salt
- sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 8 dl milk
- 5 eggs
- browned butter

1. Make browned butter
2. Mix the dry ingredients
3. Mix in the milk, then the eggs, lastly the browned butter
4. Use an electrical mixer to fluff the batter

#### Pork

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of pork

1. Cut into pieces

### Cooking

#### Pork

Ingredients:
- Sliced pork

1. Fry the pork in the roasting pan

#### Pancake

Ingredients:
- Batter
- Fried pork

1. Add the batter to the roasting pan
2. Put in the oven for 20-30 min
