Finely chop the **shallots** 2. Smash and chop **garlic cloves** 3. Pour the **canned tomatoes** into a bowl and crush the tomatoes with your hand ### Cooking ### Sauce Ingredients: - Chopped shallots - Chopped garlic Cloves - Crushed tomatoes - Fennel seeds - Basil 1. Add a lot of **olive oil** to a hot pan (5/9) 2. Add **shallots** and after a min the **garlic** 3. Add **fennel seeds** and saute 4. Add **crushed tomatoes** and let it simmer 5. Season to taste 6. Add **basil** ### Stracciatella Ingredients: - Burrata - Boiling water 1. Place the **burrata** in a bowl and open it 2. Add **boiling water** and mix ### Pasta Ingredients: - Pasta - Boiling water 1. Cook according to instructions ### Mix Ingredients: - Cooked pasta - Parmesan - Sauce - Stracciatella 1. Add **pasta** to the sauce 2. Grate the **Parmesan** into the sauce and mix 3.
