+2. Smash and chop **garlic cloves**
+3. Pour the **canned tomatoes** into a bowl and crush the tomatoes with your hand

+Ingredients:

+- Chopped garlic Cloves
+- Crushed tomatoes
+- Fennel seeds

+1. Add a lot of **olive oil** to a hot pan (5/9)
+2. Add **shallots** and after a min the **garlic**
+3. Add **fennel seeds** and saute
+4. Add **crushed tomatoes** and let it simmer
+5. Season to taste
+6. Add **basil**

+- 150 ml apple cider

+- 1 or 2 tsp calvados

+1. Add butter to the pan
+2. Add chopped **apples** (**shallots** and **leek**) and fry until cooked nicely
+3. Deglaze with the **cider** and cook for a couple of min
+4. Add the **cream** (and optionally a small amount of chicken stock, e.g. 100 ml), cook
+ for a couple of min.

+8. Add **heavy cream** and cook for a couple of min
+9. Lower the heat to 3/9
+10. Grate the **Parmesan** into the sauce
+11. Add **basil** and **spinach**, stir, and cook for a min
+12. Add **chicken** from the oven and let it cook with the sauce
+13. Taste and add seasoning if needed
+14. Serve with side dish
