# Ingredients

### Groceries
- Butter
- Cayenne
- Cream
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Root celery
- Salt

# Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

## Mise en Place

Ingredients:
- Root celery

1. Chop into small sized pieces of equal size.

## Cooking

Ingredients:
- Butter
- Cayenne
- Cream
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Root celery
- Salt

1. Place the root celery pieces on a oven tray with baking paper
2. Add salt and olive oil and place in the oven
3. When golden brown, take them out
4. Place into a blender with some cream and butter
5. Mix until the consistency is nice and creamy
6. Add seasoning
7. Pour the puree through a sieve
