# Ingredients

### Groceries

- Canned whole San Marzano tomatoes
- Mozzarella
- Olive Oil
- Oregano
- Parmesan
- Pepper
- Pepperoni
- Salt
- Wheat flour special
- Other cheeses (optional)

# Directions

## Dough

Ingredients:
- 375 g water
- 500 g wheat flour special
- 12.5 g yeast
- 18 g salt

1. Pour room temperature water in to a container on the scale
2. Put some of the water in a bowl and stir in the salt
3. Mix in the yeast in to the container with the water
4. Add the flour and mix it together
5. Put on a lid and let the dough rest for 20 min
6. Prepare a bowl with lukewarm water
7. Take off the lid, add the salt water, wet your hands, mix, stretch the dough/fold it
8. Rest for 20 min
9. Wet your hands, stretch the dough
10. Rest for a final 20 min
11. Prepare a roasting pan with baking paper and olive oil
12. After the final rest, put the dough into the roasting pan and spread it out. Pour 
some olive oil on top and place plastic wrap on top. Let it rest for 10 min in the pan.
13. Preheat the oven at 250°C

## Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:
- Canned whole San Marzano tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Oregano
- Salt

1. Pour the tomatoes into a container, take out the stems of each tomato, squash them.
2. Add salt, olive oil, oregano.

## Pizza

Time for assembly

Ingredients:
- Pan with dough
- Pizza sauce
- Pepperoni
- Pepper
- Mozzarella
- Chili flakes

1. Add the sausage
2. Add cheese, don't forget to make a cheese crown!!
3. Add black pepper and chili flakes
4. Place in the oven and bake the pizza until golden
5. Take out the pizza and add the sauce and pepperoni
6. Place in the oven again and bake until nice color and the pepperoni "koppar sig"
